Ukanc 149, 4265 Lake Bohinj
The hut is located in the heart of the Triglav Lakes Valley (Valley of the Seven Lakes), which is considered the beginning of the protected mountain nature - Triglav National Park. With its location next to Double Lake and a long tradition of visiting one of the most beautiful parts of the mountain landscape, it is one of the most visited huts in the Julian Alps.
Despite the renovations, the cottage retains its old-world charm. We will do our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible with our home-cooked meals and accommodations.
You can access the hut from several directions: via the Bohinj mountains (Blato, Vogar, Viševnik, Ovčarija); via Komna; from the Savica waterfall along a demanding and steep path through Komarča or through the Triglav Lakes Valley from the higher-lying Prehodavci.
